Rich Fernandez is a globally respected pioneer in bringing science-based mindfulness and emotional intelligence into some of the world's largest companies including Facebook, SalesForce, LinkedIn, Ford and Google. He received his PhD in Psychology from Columbia University and is a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review.

Rich is currently the CEO of the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, an organization orginally developed at Google offering science-based mindfulness solutions to leaders around the world. He was previously the Head of Global Executive Education at Google and Head of Learning and Organization Development at eBay.
